1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Monsify application ("Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of the Service

Monsify provides automatic translation and conversion of recipes, including conversion of units to local standards, and enables saving recipes to the Monsieur Cuisine portal.

Saving recipes requires logging in with a Lidl account. This functionality depends on third-party services and their current configuration.

3. Credits and Payments

The Application allows users to purchase credits, which are used to perform recipe conversions. Payments are processed by an authorized third-party payment provider.

Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. The availability of credits and features depends on third-party services outside the control of the Application author.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Recipe conversion is performed using automated systems and artificial intelligence. The author does not guarantee accuracy and recommends reviewing all recipes before use.
• The author is not responsible for any damage to devices, property, or health caused by incorrect recipe settings or usage.
• The Application relies on third-party services (e.g. Lidl, Monsieur Cuisine). The author is not responsible for service interruptions or permanent unavailability.

5. Availability

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

6. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
